The city of Philadelphia is growing rapidly and has been since 2000. The city did plan to expand the SEPTA lines, but that didn't happen. Instead, the state is expanding the roads and highways in the Philadelphia area, which is causing a huge amount of traffic jams and pollution. Public Transit reduces pollution and traffic jams, it also brings jobs, medical care, and other stuff. Please help make Philadelphia a better place.
