Hello Fourth Grade families,
In an effort to get Tootin' Hills to expand to three classes starting next year, we are collecting signatures from the families who are in support of this. Right now Ms. Champagne and Mrs.Perkins both have 25 students. That is the maximum number of students allowed in the BOE guidlines. Please click the link below and sign your signature. 25 kids in one room is way too many, especially at this age. My daughter is struggling to get the help she needs because the teacher is spread so thin. We really need a third class.

The draw to our great town is it’s school system. Special programs, innovative thinking, great teachers, student contact and small class size is what draws people to Simsbury. Don’t start chipping away at the fabric that has built our school system to be nationally recognized on several fronts. Keep class sizes small and give our kids the attention and learning environment they deserve and we pay for. Todd Myers Life long Simsbury resident and product of the Simsbury Public School system
