As licensed private investigators and security officers in the state of Ohio, we are required to go above and beyond ordinary citizens to openly carry or carry concealed a firearm while we are working. We are required to take a 20 hour class to qualify and requalify annually with our weapon. This is in compliance with 4749.10 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Add an exemption to 2323.16 to allow us to carry where a peace officer may carry statewide.
