Kimberly makes an excellent point Neither side has a right to lie or misrepresent the truth (in a court room)? While it may appear so, and I am certain it happens (way too often), that's not the way it is supposed to be. If you were on a jury, what would you do if you caught either side lying? Good point Kimberly, Thanks Walter Cronkite (the most trusted man in America) is rolling over in his grave to see what's happening today. News broadcasts have become the new Soap Operas.

In our criminal justice system there are plaintiffs and defendants. Both sides present their case. It should be the same for news.
