I mean I understand why the family feel like that cause the lost a love one but he didn't mean to do it for the judge to give him them many years is not acceptable don't nobody know what went on but them two and the people that was with or around them I just don't think that charge or that sentence is acceptable

Wrongfully judged ive seen a woman hit two people and served no time he has a family let him come home to them in a good time

He definitely didn't MEAN to kill anyone yes it's very sad but you got rapist and killers out here every day purposely killing innocent people and they barely getting 10 years so to give someone 100 years and more for a accident that's ridiculous and outrageous!!!

Great father and friend! Does not deserve a sentence like this, I know in my heart this was a accident. Doesn't deserve to spend the reset of his life in jail.

I feel he shouldn't have got that much time for a vehicular homicide. The judge was being harsh because it was a white man and the judge is also white smh.....

He does not deserve this his sentencing is outrageous this was not intentional theres murderers getting less time that has done intentional crimes the court needs to rethink their decision and give rasheed brown a lessor sentence!

This type of sentencing is inhuman with and reflective of the way our justice system treats young Black men. While I'm immensely empathetic for the family that has lost a loved one, I can't see the need to lock away for essentially eternity an equally valuable life.

What happened to vehicular homicide or mansluaghter any lesser charge his intentions where not to hurt anyone

My name is Charles Boyd and Rashed is the father of my niece Rihanna. I have seen him on multiple occasions and have always seen him as a very nice guy. Very cool person and he's the type that leaves a good impression on everyone he meets. Not to mention that he is one of the best fathers that my niece can ask for. Always making sure she and her mother and siblings are taken care of. If anything this is tearing my niece and her mother (also my niece) apart.
