My dogs bark when the mailman comes and that is just what dogs do. This is such a load of nonsense and a complete waste of our tax dollars to enforce.

This is totally over the top. People move to the country and then complain about roosters and dogs? If you want absolute silence go live in a high rise downtown. Leave our animals alone.
