To Whom It May Concern
We are writing to you today as we wish to make a formal complaint about CS201 class (block 12). We have already taken the initial steps to resolve this by speaking with our instructor. However up to this point he has failed to provide a satisfactory outcome or resolve the problem and so we are taking the action to raise our concerns with you
1. MUM is one of the best stress free University in the world because of TM; however during this course we experience a lot of pressure and stress.
2. The course slide and the lecture was not enough to answer most of our quiz and exams.
3. The course evaluation was not based on our course material.
4. The instructor was not ready to answer and to accept student questions and suggestions, instead he demoralize students not to ask questions.
5. The instructor was deliberately enforce students to think and worry about exams during the block.
6. The course was introduction to programming but all the evaluation was intermediate level.
7. The instructor promises us what the exam will cover and he put the opposite on the exam.
8. The instructor let us to play unnecessary game for 2 days during this course block.
