Being part of Salesforce and not able to have free developer account feels very unusual.

This is an incredibly crucial feature. In the last 6 months, we have lost 2 ExactTarget Marketing Cloud -specific SOWs from 2 long-time SF clients who came in excited with mega-budgets, but instead ended up becoming confused and uncertain and decided to take the email marketing portion of their business onto other platforms. What a shame. Both for us and for the SF ecosystem. Please introduce this immediately. The need is beyond dire at this point.
