EWTN on Virgin Media in the UK

Please please please can we hand ewtn

The main reason I signed up to cable TV this year was for EWTN. I knew it was on SKY and just assumed it was on virgin. I am gutted. I am paying for the full package and the one channel I want is unavailable. I will have to look at going to sky when my current contract ends.

i just switched from sky to virgin because i got offered a better deal but i also got told that there would be christian channels,when i finally got it i found one and it's not even available as i don't have the right package!

I am requesting this for my famil members who are on Cable

I receive repetitive offers from vergin multimedia to join cable TV. The only reason that I don't respond is that they don't offer EWTN as part of their package. I am moving into a new house who had Virgin Cable TV, but I have to call SKY to set up the Dish as I need the EWTN which is part of my life style

We've wanted to go over to Virgin from Sky for a long time but are held back by one thing - no EWTN. I was surprised at how much support there was for the idea of asking Virgin to carry this station - they could be missing out on a lot of lovely money by not having a broader selection of religious channels per se. I'm not religious myself but one member of our household is, as are billion of the Earths population. As they say 'you do the maths'....

EWTN would be enjoyed by many people in the UK. Why does Virgin not carry it?

I want virgin TV, to add Christians programmes for young children and adults, so that people can have view the Word of God. They have horrors channel, adults section, war with strong language. Why can't there choice for people since payment is made for the services. I don't know why somebody will open TV and killing, sleep with each other other sracy things. People should be free to watch what they pay is dat a crime. I can't watch TV most times 4 my landlord using virgin.

Many sick or housebound people would appreciate the access to Mass and other services.

I would like to know if you have watched this? From a fist glance it can look a bit heavy but if you give the programs a few minutes you will see its charming and very informative. There are horrible channels that you could have blocked with violence that impression many.

My Dad was bedridden for the last 2 years of his life and could only see Mass broadcast on YouTube. It would have made a big difference if we had EWTN on Virgin.

I am signing this petition because I feel that every young person who could nòt afford to go to Poland to experence World Youth Days in person should have access so that they can witness this event which happens every three to four years and all the live papal visits and broadcasts from the vatican I would like to see EWTN to your as a full viewing channel by Monday so the World Youth Days would have been broadcast next week but hopefully you will have added to your Channel lineup by 2018-2019. The dates will be make public at the closing Mass on 31 July 2016 in Krakow Poland

As I don't have Sky TV, I miss out on all areas found on EWTN. I have to rely on app. & this would be much more acceptable.

I used to live in a virgin Media Area PO4 however I could not get Cable and watched ewtn through a seperate box however this had batteries and they needed changing on a regular basis I then moved to vitgin area and as i could not recived the papal blessings of live broadcasts from the vatican and now i have moved again although Virigin media is not available i will be staying with sky so i can received the papal blessings from Pope francis from all live masses because i am disabled myself and have had the been able to receive this though ewtn i feel that virgin media should broadcast ewtn because some sick and disabled people may not have been able to get to rome and the vatican City like myself and also have received a blessing in person from a pope So I hope to see EWTN on your channel line up so all can receive blessings at the weekly audences papal masses Martin Simpson PORTSMOUTH UK

Since Virgin already provides GodTV for the benefit of Protestant Evangelical Christian, then I see no reason why Virgin should deny EWTN to Roman Catholic Christians. Does Virgin practise anti-Catholic religious discrimination? If that is the case, then unless it is swiftly overturned then it is time to alert the press, especially Catholic press. Such might ultimately lead to a call by the Catholic authorities for Catholics to boycott Virgin. We Catholics have a right to the service of our network channel. I expect Virgin to respect and accommodate that right without further delay.

Being elderly I would so much appreciate if I was able to view EWTN. This channel is so very helpful for the elderly housebound people. Please try and do something sooner rather than later .....
