Deeply upset to see this news this morning. We have been extremely happy at EWP and I’m disappointed that we were not consulted in any decision making.

As a teacher and soon to be parent at EWP, I am shocked by this decision and do not support it in any way. Fiona makes EWP the special place it is. I urge the Board to reconsider this decision and keep the Preschool the same amazing place as it is with Fiona as our Director.

Not having Fiona as director of EWP would be a truly devastating loss. She has shaped the school to be as wonderful and as special as it is now. The very soul of EWP will cease to exist without her presence. As a parent of a current student at the school, it is sincerely in your best interest to reconsider this awful decision.

Fiona is interwoven into the very spirit of EWP. She is a brilliant administrator, leader and guide for our children and it seems impossible to imagine EWP without her.

Fiona has done a wonderful job as director...letting her go would be detrimental to the future of the preschool

I am disgusted with the Board's decision. Fiona has made that preschool the enormous success it is today. Why parents and families were not involved in this decision making is beyond me.

Fiona Ozana should stay on as Director of EWP. She has created the environment and conditions we all know and love. As a leader of EWP she has been instrumental in the creation and sustaining of its culture of respect for educators and great care of children.
