hereby notify Evony.com and uCool LTD, that we the undersigned, are most displeased with the lack of service, specifically the severe lag, experienced by the customers & players of Server 186 of the online game Evony

we both register our severe discontent and also notify of our intention to reclaim monies paid to Evony.com via UCool LTD, for services NOT rendered as reasonably expected by the undersigned

we, the petitioners, courteously request that Evony.com provide their clients (we the undersigned) the quality of service we expect of an online game which requires critical timing in game-play, which the currently experienced server-lag precludes entirely

we the petitioners, also notify Evony.com and uCool LTD. that should our reasonable expectations not be met within 7 calendar days of the lodgement of this petition, we shall collectively request a full refund of all monies paid to Evony.com via uCool LTD via both paypal and/or credit/debit card
