I/We, the undersigned, hereby state that we support this Petition to Evict The Residents out of: 1768 Nicole Lauren Lane Hebron, Ky 41048 for the following reasons:

This Property was rented to 2 males and now theres approx 8 males or more living in this house. There are parties often and with the volume of traffic from their friends have become a nuisance with their cars parked all out in the road, in the middle of the road. We have had to knock on their door to ask someone to move their car so that we could get past to even get in our own driveway.

Other neighbors are complaining about the high volume of vehicles speeding through our neighborhood without regard to anyones safety. The speed limit posted is 25 mph. Their speed is well over this limit. Theres are many children that live in our cul-de-sac and their safety is at risk. There have also been complaints from neighbors that the company of these renters have pulled in their driveways late at night.. being loud and with no regard to others. There have been neighbors yell out at the speeders to slow down and have even been flipped a finger. During their parties, there are beer cans thrown over into ones yards. Loud yelling all night long. There has also been 1 renter from this house drive their car across the front yard of a neighbor to get into their driveway cause they had a guest blocking their driveway. This was even brought to their attention to never do this again. Theres also been trash thrown out of guest cars in the street and trash laying around on this property. The Property Manager/Owner, Homes 4 Rent has been contacted on many occasions of the trouble that is being caused upon the residents that live here. Their concern seemed to be genuine. But the situation has not been changed. Except seems to be more living in this house now. There are also reports of many cars coming & going for short periods of time to this resident at 1780 Nicole Lauren Lane.

We all that are Residents of this cul-de-sac have had words with these males at this resident on these issues, and have had to call the police on many occassions because of the multiple disruptions.
