Evict no7 to stop the antisocial behaviour by their relatives and guests

My concerns are much the same as the ones expressed here. It is completely unacceptable to be living in these conditions with our families fearing for their safety and well-being, not to mention family/friends and guests who may visit. Saida expressed here that due to these scumbags smoking cannabis and other illicit substances in the stairwells, and due to the poor ventilation in the building in general, her newborn baby is subject to breathing in these toxic substances! This is absolutely abhorrent and myself and my wife have had to deal with the same issue in particular since our son was born. He too sleeps very close to the front door of our house and has also, been subject to this second hand smoke since birth, he is now 5 years old! It makes me want to cry (among other things) that someone is poisoning my baby son & nothing is being done about it. I urge all of the residents of our block and the neighbouring blocks to come together and put pressure on Newlon to evict the family (Flat 7) so these vermin get evicted and we can all live in peace and harmony.

All this clearly demonstrates that Newlon is just interested in making a profit on the back of social housing residents, and that Camden's approach to Council Housing is nothing but a charade. The owner of flat 7 is to be evicted Those who vandalise got to be arrested by the police Clear accountability is needed

This very sad the residents deserve to live in peace , how this gang is ruined a newly built block flats. Please newlon housing Please take appropriate steps to stop this .

What's the use of police if they don't. Do nothing

The hazardous nuisance caused by these residents have gotten out of hand. There has been many number of occasions where drug use was involved, inside the building, in the communal area as well as outside the main doors. This involved drug dealing where exchange of money was made for drugs. Vandalism to a degree where it has been dangerous for other resident especially young children to enter the lift area. The communal area has been left in such a mess with alcohol bottles, cannabis and broken glass in and around the lift causing the lift to not function. Access to other youths are given by 'said' resident allowing them to enter, damage the fire doors, misuse drugs and alcohol withing the whole block and leave, leaving behind mess and damage and they do not even live there.

I absolutely agree with all of the pints raised in this petition.

Not only do they damage the building but also do drugs which seeps through are homes due to the lack of ventilation in the corridors. This causes my newborn to inhale unknown substances during the night due to his room being so close to the house door. We have complained and reported this issue throughout the years and nothing has been done. Frankly something needs to be done or I will be making legal action towards my landlord.

This ASB has gone on for far too long and Newlon as landlord have an obligation to resolve this especially when the security of the tenants is in question. I myself have young children and don't feel at all safe in the building esp at night when these young youths are hanging around the building in groups. The police have been called out in many occasions but nothing gets done. It is time for Newlon to take this seriously and take immediate action to resolve this matter.
