The goverment should take responsibility for all Canadians.
It is highly contagious, has a long incubation period, and half of the people who have the disease do not have a fever.
Even those discharged from the hospital (13 in Guangzhou, China, and one in Toronto) still showed positive in their blood tests. The government must do something seriously about this.
