Every person that owns animals are responsible for those animals and should be held accountable for their animals actions.

So sad,animals can't speak for themselves. I hate animal abusers and neglect!!!

These people should have these dogs be put down they run wild and the owners don't care.

These people are the cause of murder multiple homicides of loving and working animals that make us happy and should be punished accordingly

I agree with aesthetician too many people just let their animals run and are not responsible owners and then they wonder why people get so upset recently I had some dogs killed one of my cats thank God I keep my other dogs in a fenced in yard and then I found out the same dogs tried to kill a lady‘s dog and Smitty and just a couple of days ago the same dogs killed the cutest little dog one evidently had a hold of that front and the other had a hold of it back and they were pulling it apart now you tell me why should we have to put up with things like this

These dogs are aggressive animals and not only 2 animals they are aggressive toward people also because they are starving the owners still do not feed them it's just a matter of time before they start going after small children

That's one of the biggest responsibilities of being a pet owner.
