T'would probably be for the best. Higher rating would also mean higher amounts of allowed content, which might bring in more people, so....

My friends and I use this sim, we're all 16 & 17, are you saying we should be kicked out of the sim?

The moderators can make up any rules they want. It's their sim. They could say that everybody who comes to the sim has to wear a lampshade at all times. They have to follow SL's terms of service, at the bare minimum. Beyond that, they call the shots. It's their sim. They own it. When you go to somebody's place of business, you have to follow their rules or you'll get kicked out. You can choose to not shop there if you don't like it. You can choose to not go to Everfree if you don't like it.
Looking at your 'petition', nobody agrees with you. You've had 20 signatures for a while now, and many more views than that. And honestly, reading through the signatures, they all sound like accounts created by the same person. At this point I can only conclude that you're either a really bad troll, or unable to give up when it's obvious you're not going to win. I'm betting on bad troll, as I don't honestly believe anybody is as clueless as you're portraying.
