Events Hall at Tiferes Shlomo School, Danescroft Avenue, NW4 2NB

It has ruined normal life for those living next door at Brentwood Lodge. School until very late in Sundays is bad enough. It’s really been awful.

We welcome the intensification of the building’s use with the repurposing to a much needed local school. However we do not welcome the building’s proposed use as a party venue for reasons which include but are not limited to increased noise pollution, increased parking congestion by both party contractors (music, staging, catering etc.) and party guests.

Am against any events at the weekend or in the evenings due to noise pollution and parking issues

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and we agreed to a school opening in these very narrow streets. It is already difficult for me to get out of my road now during the day but to have events in the evening would be very unfair and against the original agreement.

please keep noise down in evening already have noise late at night as children leave. Can the windows not be kept shut after 1800 and better insulation to prevent all the noise

please show respect for neighbours and control the noise after 1800 during week as at present you don't seem to care about the noise that is made in evening when trying to study

already noisy enough but object to noise at night and the bad parking and blocking of drives

too much noise already but having it at night is unreasonable and disturbs me perhaps have windows tripled glazed and shut to help

the noise during day with children shouting and bells ringing disturb my studying but at night also is totally unreasonable especially with the children shouting at 2100 when going home

Please no out of school hours public meetings weddings etc or other illegal activities

The road is a residential cul de sac and when this building was a synagogue there was rarely a problem with noise or parking and they never attempted to use it for events, which is totally against the planning

We are most concerned about the parking implications and possible noise. In the building's old guize as a house of worship we were never troubled by evening events except on yom kippur.

The community has been very much united around this issue as the school and the governors should be well aware. It was evident to the planning authorities.

This is very disturbing for our neighbourhood

It will cause unthinkable noise and traffic and parking pollution. I strongly object to a simcha hall on what is a very quiet residential area. I bought my house fifty years ago and would like things to stay as they were peaceful and classy

There isn't enough parking at the moment.

I am very worried about the noise and parking that would result.
