please do not destroy this wetand as it has it 's putpose to the land..The Creator gave us four things in life to look after for humans to live on earth: land,air, fire and water..if we make alterations, the eart will speak like it is now by having wind storms, floods, forest fires and dry land with no water.. are we not listening? what is our children in the future going to have left if we are destroying land..wake up!

The wildlife sanctuary at trent university is just that. A sanctuary for animals, plants and people. You can go there and hear yourself breath. We need this in our always on society. Please be careful and respectful of this gem within our community. An arena and parking spots can be moved. This sanctuary should not and can not be replaced.

As a Trent Environmental Studies grad I am stunned at the way the university is treating its own lands, in the pursuit of the almighty dollar. I was taught better policy than this, and I expect a higher standard from my university.

We need wetlands for so many important reasons- and they cannot be reconstructed. Let's protect what we have. There are some great, more central locations in the city for this facility.

Trent University your marketing as a "green campus" is rapidly deterioriating, and this development will make a mockery of every sustainable, environmental or Indigenous Studies course currently being offered at Trent. There has to be another solution, than this hypocritical display of psychopathic ECOCIDE ~!!!! FOR SHAME Chancellor, Governors, Board AND Faculty.
