Euthanasia is defined as the intentional killing of a competent patient (who gives their consent). Euthanasia is a end of life choice many terminally ill patients wish for, but can not recieve due to it being illegal in most of the United States. Euthanasia is currently only legal in Oregon, Washington, Vermont, and Montana. By signing this petition, help me reach my goal of legalizing euthanasia in South Carolina.

I believe that a person should have the right to not suffer anymore !! Who are we to tell someone that they have to suffer until it is time to go peacefully !!! It is just not fair !!! It is also immoral !!! Let them have their dying wish !!!
About time! People deserve some dignity at the end of their lives. Stop the forced suffering already.

My mother went through so much pain at the end and it was awful to watch. Nobody should have to go out like that. We really need this here in SC.
