European Grove Homeowners: Residents have complained to CIS about the parking rules and having their cars towed in the middle of the night. Signing this petition shows that you would like the HOA to make current parking regulations more resident friendly. •Do you have a complaint over the parking rules? •Why can’t we park in front of our homes at night? •Are we paying CIS (the security company) to tow our cars INSTEAD of watching for crime? Afterwards, 2 warnings per YEAR and car will be towed. All others-Cannot park in front of home. 2 warnings per YEAR and car will be towed. At no point in time is an attempt made to contact the resident on the 3rd violation before towing the car. The car is towed in the middle of the night (when most people are sleeping).
