Get a European distributor of Valve Software merchandise

There's great merchandise on the Valve Software store and it's all reasonably priced. Unfortunately there is a $20 P&P fee (roughly £12) and possible additional fees that will be charged at delivery. So, we propose that Valve gets a European distributor so that the shipping costs are dramatically cut for all European buyers.
