European Union response to COVID19 outbreak

In times where European Union member state citizens are facing great difficulties resulting from the COVID 19 outbreak, we as the European Union, cannot let that differences such as political ideology or financial policies guide the European Union to a total crash of values resulting in its extinction.
From the European citizen point of view, it is not acceptable the lack of coordination between member states toward a unique and strong response to the COVID19 pandemic. At this moment we should not waste time blaming the countries that face bigger difficulties with COVID19.
This is the moment to show the union among member states. Now is the time to act together and not as separate countries. Now is the time to articulate medical equipment acquisition and financial support to the economies so that the fight to the pandemic can succeed.
The very reason to be in the European Union should be the coordinated response.
This petition is to request that the member states give the European Union institutions all the tools to overcome this pandemic.
As member state citizens we request:
- The creation of Eurobonds allowing that the member states can finance the efforts to support the economy and to support the citizens that are in need of help;
- The creation of a European data repository to share data about the COVID19 allowing the scientific community and medical laboratories to study and help to overcome this pandemic;
- The coordination of the efforts to buy medical equipment like masks, protecting suits, ventilators and other material that the medical community consider necessary to deal with this pandemic;
- The joint effort of European companies to adapt their production capabilities to support the lack of medical devices offer in the market.
