Please consider current residents here. Police force can't handle our area of Jeffco Eureka as it is.

I already have to deal with enough traffic at this intersection on my way home.
Another 549 houses should not be permitted here!!

No additional homes! Our road system can barely handle what we have. Geggie elementary is already overcrowded and Rockwood can't pass another Bond issue to build another new school.

A huge part of Eureka's appeal and uniqueness is its small town feel and the town/farmland/green space juxtaposition. I understand the desire to continue developing open areas in our town since it has become a very desirable place to live. But I don't want to see my town balloon up, become more congested, and lose the beauty that has brought many of us here. Please do not turn Eureka into a Chesterfield, Ellisville, or St Charles.

As a property owner 600 ft from this proposed development, this is WRONG for so many reasons.

I don't support this development. The extra strain it would add to the school district is not worth the taxes it would supply.

This development is not in line with the area. I live down FF and it is all large lots. This appears to have areas even more dense than Mirasol backing lots of 3+ acres which is not in line at all. The roads are already a mess not to mention less area to absorb water in events that lead to flooding on the river. Can the river bridge handle all that additional traffic? As a resident of Jefferson County who will be impacted negatively by the rezoning, I oppose.

109 and W/FF are already heavily congested, and with no plans to change the existing infrastructure, it will only get worse. There are days traffic backs up at that intersection past the legends, which will impede emergency services and decrease property values.

I have lived in the area for over 10 years and have sadly watched it change dramatically over this time. Have had issues with losing farm animals over the increase in wildlife migrating to find new homes and food. This will also effect my home business as I am sure clients will not want to sit in traffic just to get here.

What is the plan to the 1,000 extra cars on FF, W and 109 each day?

Have lived in this quiet area for 40 years and now the traffic is horrendous. Besides more road congestion overcrowding of schools will be another issue.

The roads don't support extra traffic with back road already dangerous. Plus the area has mostly large wooded lots that keep it beautiful.

As a resident of adjacent property (Haas Acres) I oppose the rezoning for the reasons stated above.
