This is exactly what virginia beach needs in order to compete with major art communities that tourists and people wanting a change of environment flock to like Austin, TX. Virginia beach residents and tourists crave variety and authenticity and this will draw more people out of their homes to not only spend money to support local businesses but to grow and connect as a community.
