Dear Eton Square Condominium Board of Directors: We, the undersigned Eton Square Condominium owners and stakeholders are writing to request a special meeting of the Unit Owners Association of Eton Square Condominium so that the Eton Square Board of Directors can explain the rationale behind many of the newly implemented policies, such as the parking, HVAC, water leak, leasing, and pet policies. Each of these policies has the potential to have a direct financial impact - either through an immediate out of pocket expense or a decline in the overall property value. After providing copies of the newly implemented policies to various well known realtors in the area, including but not limited to Long and Foster and Century 21, and through various first hand experiences in which potential buyers have explicitly stated that these policies are the reason for which they WILL NOT PURCHASE an Eton Square Condominium, it has become apparent that these policies are adversely impacting the community. Therefore, as the stakeholders, we are requesting that a special meeting be called so that we might better understand the board’s rationale for implementing them. To ensure that the maximum number of residents is able to attend this meeting, we also are requesting that all Eton Square Condominium Owners be notified, in writing and at least 30 days in advance, of the scheduled meeting date and time.
