lost 3,25 ETH and my girlfriend 0,3 BTC :-( after waiting 2 months for setting up my acounts payout limit and writing the support 5 times i finally could process withdrawal of the remaining 5.428286 ETH on 25/07/17, since then the transaction is open and NOT complete, on 2nd august i had written "Write-off of loss 3.256972 ETH" and booked back 2.171314 ETH on my account :-((( AND now I am pushed to convert to bullcoins... same happened to my girls account with BTC not payed out and then "write off around 0,3 btc" If ETH would be a trustful company they would have set up the limit in the moment we were pushed to sell our depots!!! and also withdraweled the amount within the 5 days as usual... Also they rarely reply to messages on facebook or in the account, I believe that it was never their plan to not pay out everything and it is all a big story of the "restriction of some countries" and now "hacking". For me they lost every trust!!!

Hello,it is unacceptable not to be reimbursed my initial investment on a platform that was defined as a priority as serious and which did not let us see the initial investment counting the time of transactions.

Please make an investigation about Ethtrade. Ethrade was sell our investment portfolio without our permission. Ethtrade took 60% of each portfolio without asking approval with the owner. The rest 40% Ethtrade forcefully convert our cryptocurrency into a bullcoin without a further discussion. Now Ethrade plan to run away.
