The truth is more better for an international organization! In a country such Iran that ethnical statistics has been banned and has been put out of planning because of systemic assimilation programs, it would be very fare to find another way of giving ethical population percentage than believing some semi-terrorist groups! We as Iranians, we know that western Azerbaijan is a multi ethnic province but also we know that the Kurds were never being in majority in this areas! In Western Azerbaijan the turks was always in great majority for all times of history in-spite of above mentioned unfair cultural genocide plans.
