جمعیت کردها در استان آذربایجان غربی حدود 20% است که دولت میکوشد با قدرت دادن به آن جمعیت اقلیت در این استان تغییر بافت جمعیتی ایجاد کرده و با اهدای تمامی پست های دولتی در این استان به جمعیت اقلیت کرد با قدرت دادن به آنها و مهاجرت کردهای دیگر مناطق تعداد تورکهای آذربایجانی را در استان آذربایجان غربی به اقلیت برساند. همچنین دولت به شدت در حال نابودی آثار باستانی و تاریخی ملت تورک آزربایجان است و سعی میکند که تاریخ و فرهنگ تورک های آذربایجان را تحریف و نابود کند همچنین با نابودی جنگل های ارسباران و خشک کردن عمدی دریاچه اورمیه در حال نابودی مناطق گردشگری آذربایحان و جذب توریست به مناطق مرکزی کشور یعنی مناطق فارس نشین است. همچنین 40 میلیون تورک ایران حق تحصیل به زبان مادری خود را ندارند یعنی کوچک ترین حقوق مدنی و قانونی. امیدواریم روزی برسد که ما نیز از حقوق برابر اجتماعی فرهنگی اقتصادی و... مانند دیگر هموطنانمان برخوردار باشیم.
