Without her vision, there would be no AKA or other black Greek letter sororities that followed suit. I am proud to be part of the rich heritage of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Thank you Soror Ethel!

Ethel Hedgeman Lyle helped to improve the lives and contributions of women of color beginning in 1908, and her legacy of leadership, and the great Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority that she helped to found, will go on into perpetuity, for centuries to come! She is so deserving of this honor of being recognized on a commemorative stamp.

This would be an excellent addition to the Organization. This is something that would look professional and classy on mail in relation to organization related correspondence.
