The Estuary in Riverview, FL is a quiet family community that cannot handle the traffic this will bring. Not only customer traffic, but delivery trucks, noise, filth and all the other side effects that come with. The proposed land layout dumps their thru traffic right into the entrance to our community…this is insane! The number of issues this will cause is countless.
