I have been digging through the support documentation all morning trying to reach a human being at the company. It is heartbreaking to see how many of you have had the same experience of being locked out of your life with no explanation. We are keeping the pressure on because this is about more than just a login.

Seeing this level of support for Estelle is truly overwhelming. It shows that people recognize the injustice of cutting someone off from their digital life without an explanation.

Just totally unfair how they treat accounts. She has all her photos and messages on there. Let her back on!
Estelle did nothing wrong. i see way worse stuff on my feed every single day.
This happened to my cousin last year. It takes forever to get a real human to look at it but we have to keep trying. Hope she gets it back soon
FIX THIS FACEBOOK. she deserves better.
Estelle is a great person and her page is a huge part of our community. Why are they doing this???

Ridiculous. FB bans people for no reason all the time but lets actual bots run wild. Bring her back immediately.
