Having designed over 530 floats in this great parade of all parades, and having over 380 trophies for the float builders' and his clients, this is a wonderful way to credit this trailblazing designer in perpetuity. Raul was the first to receive the Isabella Coleman Trophy, and speaking with her by phone upon winning was one the highlights (of many) of his expansive career and association with the Tournament of Roses.

You mean there isn't one yet?? Raul R Rodriguez sweepstakes trophy should of been established long time ago. It needs to happen sooner than later to be given to someone for 2015 Rose Parade.
