No matter what time we went to bed on New Years Eve, my husband & I would get up to watch the Tournament of Roses Parade Live, with a pen in one hand and Raul's List of Entries in the other! We cheered each time his floats were recognized! We sat on the edge of the sofa & would guess which ones were his because of amazing signature designs, which just were more impressive each year... An Award in Raul's name would be such an Beautiful Tribute to him.
