With our move to the new building in August 2015, I would like a change in the start time of school. I am petitioning the school administration to allow the Griffins to start school at 7:55 every morning and finish the school day by 3:00 p.m.. There are various reasons for the change, but here are a few:
1. It would be good to be on similar schedules as surrounding high schools
2. Ease of access to the after school activities we all have.
3. Our new neighbor, Maryville Christian Academy releases students at 3:30 also. This will cause major traffic jams on Route 162.
