We the undersigned residents and future residents of Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch wish to make known the following complaints regarding the maintenance of our residential landscapes and common properties. As such we hereby request that the Azario Home Owners Association consisting of Mr. Doug Walkowiak, Ms. Ashley Tuohy and Mr. Conrad Tidsdale give due consideration to realigning Landscape Maintenance for the community from Juniper to another landscaping company willing to put forth the time and effort to maintain our properties in the fashion that Taylor Morrison originally planned.
