With the amount of money I spent on Xbox (I don't even know how much), I would love even just a one-time, one-way transfer from XB to PC. Hours and hours put in.

I was in the BETAs and paid the monthly fees when it was paid to play. I'm also in the military and was training during that window of transferring. I wasn't sent the email at all either, so how was I to know?

Didn't get email, despite being told by ZOS I did (I didn't), the window was quite small, and the only other way to know was to check the site for a game I wasn't currently playing? No, sorry, not good enough!

I actually attempted several times to pay for the transfer but everytime I submitted my payment info I would get an error message saything the page would not load =/

I waited for so long, the moment I get caught up in work and moving, that is when they throw a window to transfer, email was sent to spam. I was dedicated even during the low period.

I didn't copy my characters at the time because I didn't have a ps4. I bought a ps4 on the day of launch so I could play with my husband, and now I have to start over :(

Yeah this suck I was forced to quit playing due to because i went to basic training and come back in hopes i can play my old characters on console only to find out i missed the very small window.

I purchased this in January for PC, leveled my characters up... and now I can't transfer them to console. This is not encouraging to purchase the console version at all. Please re-open free console transfer options (while still charging for the game, discounted preferribly).
