I support Erth Dispensary. They won’t be selling anything you can’t already buy elsewhere.

It is discrimination by not letting Erth Dispensary open shop! Many other stores downtown sell CBD including the smokeable products! Erth Dispensary said they will not include any smoke products from the beginning. They sell lotions and oils- how can you ban that?? They have already donated to the city of cedarburg and moved here.

Denying this use is just silly. Cedarburg already has places that sell it. More affluent communities surrounding have stores already. It's like saying, you won't allow a health store because why? You don't understand the application? Or maybe whoever sits on this board doesn't want their buddy to have competition? I hope for their sake, the board had rock solid legal reasons for denial because it makes no sense.

If other stores are already selling it, there's no reason this store should be denied.

Other shop in the area are allowed to sell CBD not sure why they are so against Erth Dispensary. Maybe they should welcome them with open arms as they are supporting the community and will generate business in the area before judging them.

We need more businesses that bring additional shoppers to the downtown area. I love what businesses that we have, but we need a diverse offering and that's what this business would do.

I am in favor of erth being a part of cedarburg business community. If others can sell CBD in the community why not Erth.

The fact that other merchants in the B3 district in Cedarburg are selling some of level of CBD products, there should be no excuse to not allow another one thst has a good reputation, provides free education to the public about CBD, and gives financial support to local non-profits and schools in orde4 to better the community.

Other establishments downtown Cedarburg already sell CBD so I don’t understand why it isn’t acceptable for Erth. It would be beneficial to have it sold in a store that specializes in it so that the employees are more knowledgeable and able to help and educate customers better.

I don't know what I would do without the guidance of the trusted experts at Erth. They are like a family helping to guide you to a better, heathier you. Many folks in your community would benefit greatly from the addition of Erth to your town. I've tried many products from other local CBD retailers, but I keep coming back to Erth. They have the knowledge and compassion, but also quality and transparency that many dispensers lack.

So many people in this town would benefit from Erth dispensary. CBD is such a great product for people with chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, and people with many other issues who dont want to be on pharmaceuticals that make you impaired for many things such as driving, and taking care of your children.

CBD oil has been tremendously helpful to me. Helping me lessen RLS, anxiety & tension headaches. There is NO hallucinogen in CBD oil.
