This is very short-sighted. We have seen CDB products for sale in many states, especially in places with large retirement populations. In a few years it will be accepted everywhere (and Cedarburg will approve). But, this poor merchant will have lost her investment.

I feel this shop is welcome to set up in downtown Cedarburg. There is nothing wrong about this product. People need to educate themselves so they can judge properly.

Why Not?? My wife uses these products to help her sleep. Better/safer product then alcohol...

Omg can't believe this so sorry for the people who really need it.

I am surprised that a community such as Cedarburg- a community that is focused on wellness-would not welcome a locally owned business into its community....that’s focus is wellness!. This is clearly an education issue for Cedarburg. It will be a big mistake for Cedarburg to not allow Erth Dispensary to open.

This just seems wrong. To the parents worried about what their kids see....how many bars are in the historic district? Doors open, people outside smoking. You all should be more worried about the real drug problem with kids in Cedarburg not a legit business selling legal products. Even the August Weber Haus lasted years in the historic district. Don’t shelter yourselves in the bubble - educate yourselves. Does anyone think it’s weird that we have a store in town called Weeds that sells the same thing?

Cedarburg needs to support this Dispensary. They need to do their homework and not pre-judge!

I am signing this petition because CBD has helped me in many ways. It also helped my dog when he had cancer. People need to do research on CBD and realize the benefits of it. Pharmaceutical companies make so much money on pill pushing, it needs to stop. Erth Dispensary is always very professional and their establishment is ran with pride. They want to help people and give them an option other than pills for various health issues. There is no reason I can think of for this establishment to be denied of opening.

Have been using CBD for my dog, it has helped him to get back to walking without a limp. It has helped me with joint pain too.

Erth will be a beneficial addition to Cedarburg. Plenty of folks in the village are already using CBD. Why not let them buy from a locally owned business?
