This petition is too legally and financial hold Dead Beat Dads and the family members that hide, protect and condone the dead beats dad’s actions to not furnish court ordered child support and medical insurance causing the tax payers to have to support their child, to pay back state for aide and enforce court orders with jail time and penalties. In my case my daughter’s father has not paid or carried medical insurance for his daughter for about 5 years and has not paid child support for a year and a half which has put him in the rears, yet knowing this my daughters father ex-wife chose to take out a 3 years lease on a new 2013 Chevrolet Cruise this year (2013) and allow him to live with her for free and pay for leased car. Updated 11/28/2015. My daughters father is now paying child support but for 3 years has refused to tell the court's about rasies and didn't pay court ordered school tution for his daughter for 8 months, which put him back in rears and caused me continued financial hardship and my daughters possible exspoltion. I have to continuously keep getting my daughters father into court which has also caused me no chance of having a full time job. Now he has bought a 2015 Kia Soul instead of paying tution, his exwife, exsister in law and adult children continue to support and condone his actions and give him a place to stay for free. My daughters father has also stuck his face in my daughters crotch and rapped me causing a pregnancy and miscarriage. I am Financial unable to take him to court and he wont take me because he knows I can proven his rap and sexual asult to my daughter.
