Ernie Irvan was my driver back in the day. After going through all he has with being successful in NASCAR and incredible come back he should be in the hall of fame.

So looking forward to seeing this always challenging, always a threat, a feared competitor, a winner who had a never give up attitude. Ernie battled back from the most horrific situation, life threatening and for most, a career ending crash, to come back and then dominate competition and then he went. on to defeat his nemesis, the track at Michigan. A true come back story and a NASCAR Hall of fame contender.

Ernie Irvan deserves this. He most certainly did contribute to the sport and I will defend him against anyone who says otherwise. Let's get Ernie into the HOF.
