Eric Holder:

Why Isn't This Man In Jail?

Convicted Felon Maruse (Maurice) Heath Illegally Possessing Firearms

New Black Panther Party MemberMaruse (Maurice)Heath a.k.a. King Samir Shabazzhas beenconvicted of a felony which makes it illegal for him to possess a firearm. Heath is apparently so confident that the Obama/Holder Justice Department will not prosecute him, he has posted many pictures of himself possessing firearms on the internet.

Heath isknown for being one of two Black Panthers who had chargesof voter intimidation against him dropped even after the Department of Justice had received a summary judgement. Heath is also infamous for a video in which he instructs black passersby "you want freedom, you going tohave to kill some crackers, you gonna have to kill some of their babies."

By signing this petition, you are demanding that Eric Holder begin doing his job by enforcing federal law regardless of the respective race(s) of the criminals or the victims involved ina case.

By Signing this petition you are specifically demanding that Eric Holder direct Assistant Attorney General LannyA. Breuer (Phone# 202-514-2000) to prosecute Mr. Heath in accordance with federal law for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
