Ferris wheel is an eye sore for the historical value of the Point. Adjacent properties will have no privacy. Same for the Caravan Park. Not the right place for a ferris wheel that size and permanent.

Can be dangerous when the steel frame starts rusting. Blocking the sea view that people so desperately need for tranquility during the CoVID pandemic. Contribute to noise pollution and waste pollution of visitors

The worst possible idea, traffic will be a nightmare. It will probably only run at a profit during holiday seasons, but will be an eye sore forever.

The ferris wheel MUST NOT be erected as it will increase traffic and aesthetically impact on the Point’s environment and skyline. The Point is part of Mossel Bays heritage and a ferris wheel or any other large structures will negatively affect it. Municipality must formulate a master development plan for the Point and not hap-hazardly approve requests from influential applicants.

It would be a disgrace to erect such a monstrosity on a heritage area with limited space. It will be an eyesore from wherever you look. It is time the the Mun Council take responsibility for their past actions , to award all opportunities to the same people!! To even suggest it is for job creation , is a farcical approach. Go and clean up the Blue Shed scrap yard , before you even consider development at the Point Area.
