There are much more suitable places in Mossel Bay for a ferris wheel, such as Diaz Beach or Hartenbos.

Opposed to the location as the proposed structure will further destroy the heritage character of the point, and visually detract from the St Blaize lighthouse, cave and war memorial. It will also be out of character with the proposed interpretation centre adjacent to the cave. Traffic congestion and parking is already a problem at the point and Louis Fourie road wll definately also be negatively impacted on as more people will travel along this road to reach the ferris wheel. Please consider the nwgative impact on the heritage, visual environment and infrastructre of our town.
