My family has been living in CBS for more than a 150 yrs. A ferris wheel will change the nature of the Point and the traditions of CBS beyond recognition. It MUST not be allowed.

Definite no...with all due respect. Find a different location - there are many!
A ferris wheel is a good idea, but if you look at what Mossel Bay point has to offer already, such addition will only congest what is already a high-traffic and cluttered area (in-season).

It will look like Mossel Bay is a circus, run by a few clowns, which siege the monopoly in our small town.
I say No, it will an eye sore.

I do agree with what was said here and that it will only take away from the reason you go to the point, and that is to get away from life and experience the ocean and the nature it offers

A ferris wheel will forever alter the character of Mossel Bay point, and not necessarily in a good way. Plus, the winds there are gale force on occasion and would be too much for the proposed height of the wheel.
