Please allow Warranty Master to integrate with Equus. Does not make any sense to not allow it.

I see no downside to this integration. It's a win-win for Equus, their trust MSP and the shared customer. If they have aging equipment, let's make them aware. It's a risk for the customer, and a sales opportunity for the MSP and Equus.

Just a follow up on this. I was call by Equus regarding my comments earlier. They indicated that I should not be posting comments because I do not have an account with them and that I do not have the right to know the state of the warranties of equipment that I did not purchase. I tried to explain my role as an MSP and that I am trying to help my clients make decisions ( Like extending warranties or replacing equipment ) . They indicated that what I wanted to do and what Warranty Master was essentially none of my business and they indicated that it may be illegal???? When I mentioned that we can go online and look up this information online for Dell, HP, Lenovo, and others they just said "We are not those companies" - They did not sound like they were interested in any kind of partnership ( With me.....or Warranty master )

Warranty Master has been a great tool to let our clients know when it is time to refresh older equipment. Having this functionality would allow us to quote more new equipment from Equus.
