we think disabled people should be intitled to heating allowance the same as the elderly we also want a change in disabled badges we think that the photo should be displayed so as to make it easier to catch the people who abuse the system eg use other peoples badges there should be points on anyones lience they would soon stop then we still do not have access to alot of shops dispite the law that came in they should be fined and made to give disabled access we are still treated as second class citizens we want to be treated as equals we want shops to do more about the disabled badge abuse eg supermarkets its not good enough the way they deal with it at pressent
