eBay has changed the feedback policy so that only buyers may post a neutral or negative feedback. In a way, this makes great sense as it will help reinforce honesty & good customer service from Sellers. However, the system is greatly flawed & mostly hurts the honest sellers. A buyer will most likely take the time to work out a problem with a seller & complete the transaction with payment if they know their feedback is at risk as well. I have had to deal with some horrible characters and many scam artists & you would never know because they have 100% positive feedback. My Non-Paying Bidders have gone up 70% since the change and eBay does not even refund re-listing fees on most of those transactions so the Seller is also out that money. I could go on and on, but if you are an eBay Seller, I really do not even need to as I am sure you know exactly what I am talking about.
