This has happened to me just so my wife could run off and take my children with a convicted child abuser named Timothy Housand, wife's name is Jaime Barth. They used an ex parte restraining order to loot my house as well.

I am a female victim of a man and his family who has to take meds to prevent self form committing suicide, because a soulmate and his parents got scared when i threatened my relative and they saw it and then lied to the judge in southern Virginia and claimed that it was for them, which is a crock of sh! I am very angry, not st them, but at (censored) in the court. You don't want bigots in the court, so why don't you stop voting for Repube or Democrap and vote for someone honest and GOOD. I don't care if you got a ro if you are male, because you tend to forget about the ladies. I do care, but you have to earn my give a damn in order for me to care.

Restraining order laws are dangerous and unfair to not only men but women too! My estranged son-in-law filed one on my daughter claiming she was a drug abuser and neglected her children. Courts gave him temp custody. He abused my daughter for the 8 years of marriage, verbal, emotional, and financial.He showed pictures taken 2 years before of certain messes in the house (most caused by him for photo shoot.He didn't parent at all until he started preparing for the divorce. He is a narcissist and will do anything to win.we have already spent $5000 to debunk his accusations. We have proof of no support of her and her children during the marriage and witnesses to the abuse.
