Service user. The least we can do is pay our cleaners adequately.

It is very upsetting that our colleagues have not been recognized or valued for all the amazing work that they have been doing.

Let's really live equality

We are asking for two things for the domestic staff who work at our premises at ELFT- 1. That we at ELFT consider bringing all domestic staff (cleaners, catering, security) back in house so that the cleaning staff would get the same pay and benefits (training and support, sickness benefits and rights) as NHS staff 2. That we at ELFT put pressure on G4S (who are the cleaners employers at some ELFT sites, including some community sites in Newham) to make sure that they get backdated pay which they are entitled to
