This petition is to reclaim our constitutional right to carry our firearms without any fees, permissions, or licensing requirements. This is to reclaim the rights afforded to us by the United States Constitution. This includes our right to move freely, without being stopped, detained, arrested, searched or property seized solely on the basis of carrying a legal firearm. Just as the Supreme Court Of The United States has ruled that all 50 states must allow and accept gay marriages, they should all respect our constitutional right to carry our firearms.
